About the Role:As a Telesales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for real estate projects.
Explain property features, pricing, and benefits to customers effectively.
Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
Maintain and update client database regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & lead generation targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Requirements:Proven track record in sales, preferably in Real Estate.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
