Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/12th pass with good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections positively and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
