Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Samagra Realty. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining real estate projects to prospective customers, and scheduling site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Explain project details, features, and benefits clearly to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable property options.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert into site visits.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead details and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handling.
Achieve monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of telesales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Fluency in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
