Job Description

A Telesales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone, engaging with both potential and existing customers to understand their needs and persuade them to make purchases. They also manage customer relationships, follow up on leads, and aim to meet sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound and Inbound Calls:

Telesales Executives make calls to generate leads and engage with potential customers, as well as handle inbound calls from those who have already shown interest.

Product Presentation:

They explain products or services, highlight their benefits, and present special offers to prospective clients.

Lead Generation and Management:

Telesales Executives actively seek out potential customers through various methods, nurture leads, and follow up on sales opportunities.

Relationship Building:

They focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.

Sales Target Achievement:

They are responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly or quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.

Customer Service:

They provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

They stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively address customer questions and concerns.

Reporting and Feedback:

They maintain records of sales activities, provide feedback to the sales team, and contribute to the improvement of sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and understanding their needs.

Sales Skills:

Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales deals over the phone.
