Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries.
Explain the company's products or services to customers and answer their questions.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM tools.
Handle customer objections and convert hesitant prospects into buyers.
Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback and improvements.
