Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote services. Explain procedures, benefits, risks, and outcomes clearly to clients. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure accurate assessments and recommendations. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and Satya's unique offerings. Cross-sell products and services to increase average customer value. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue. Address client concerns empathetically and professionally. Ensure compliance with clinic policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
