Handle customer inquiries and convert leads to customers to meet monthly sales target and team targets
Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
Outbound Sales:
Make outbound calls to generate leads and drive sales.
Present products effectively to potential customers and secure conversions.
Follow-Up & Customer Retention:
Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain customer interest and engagement
Proactively maintain a great customer rapport and work on customer retention strategies for repeat business
Data & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong inside sales and customer handling and relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Proven sales and negotiation abilities
Ability to handle escalations professionally and with composure
Experience with CRM tools and data management
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Quick learning ability for product knowledge
Desired Experience:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales or tele sales strongly preferred
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
