garment industry

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain product features, take orders, and assist with inquiries. Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups. Share offers and convert leads into confirmed sales. Work closely with the sales and operations team.

Requirements

Experience in the garment/apparel industry is mandatory

Solid understanding of

sales techniques

and customer handling Strong communication skills (Hindi is must; English is a plus) Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools) Confident, target-driven, and presentable personality
