Role Summary:

As a Telesales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential patients. Your role is to understand their needs, provide information about our services, and guide them towards scheduling consultations or treatments.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in IVF and women's health services. Respond to inbound inquiries professionally and promptly. Explain treatment options, packages, and services clearly. Maintain accurate records of calls and patient information. Coordinate appointments between patients and healthcare providers. Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates. Work closely with the marketing and medical teams to improve patient engagement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in healthcare or wellness sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and understanding towards patient concerns. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Basic knowledge of IVF and women's health is a plus. Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
