Our platform helps hospitals and clinics streamline their operations while staying ahead of government digital health mandates. We are looking for a driven, multilingual Telesales Agent to join our growing team.

Role Overview



As a Telesales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for healthcare providers across India. Your goal is to introduce AarogyaOne's value proposition to hospital administrators and doctors, qualify leads, and ensure our existing clients receive world-class support.

Key Responsibilities



Outbound Lead Generation:

Conduct professional cold and warm calls to hospital administrators and healthcare professionals across India using provided leads.

Product Demonstration:

Clearly explain the benefits of HMIS and how AarogyaOne solves specific hospital pain points.

Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, addressing their concerns and coordinating with the technical team for swift resolutions.

CRM Maintenance:

Accurately log call details, lead status, and follow-up schedules in our CRM system.

Target Achievement:

Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead qualification and follow-up meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Language Proficiency (Mandatory):

Must be fluent in

Gujarati, Hindi, and English

. (Ability to switch between languages based on the region is critical).

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

Sales Acumen:

Proven ability to handle objections and stay resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.

Technical Savvy:

Quick to learn software features; familiarity with SaaS or Healthcare software is a major plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Experience (Bonus)



Previous experience in

Healthcare Sales

or

SaaS Telecalling

. Basic understanding of the digital health records. Experience using CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
