Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide solutions to their problems.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in BPO, telecalling, or voice process background preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication; fluency essential. Knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to improve service quality.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
