We are looking for a confident, result-driven

Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

to join our growing agency. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and pitching our services across

digital marketing, event management, influencer marketing, and UGC content

.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential clients from provided leads (inbound & outbound) Pitch company services including

Digital Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media, Websites), Event Management, Influencer Marketing, and UGC Content

Understand client business goals and recommend suitable services or packages Follow up with interested prospects and maintain proper lead and call records Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion targets Coordinate with the sales, marketing, influencer, and event teams for closures and onboarding

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in telecalling / tele sales Experience in

digital marketing or service-based sales

preferred Excellent communication skills in

English & Hindi

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach Ability to handle objections and close conversations professionally Basic understanding of digital marketing, influencers, or events is a plus
