Job Description

A Telesales Executive for a PEB company, utilizing IndiaMART, acts as the primary link between inbound digital inquiries and closing high-value construction deals. This role focuses on converting leads generated via IndiaMART (or other digital channels) into sales through telephone.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion:

Promptly handle inbound leads generated from IndiaMART, or other digital marketing channels to convert them into sales.

Quotation Generation:

Prepare and share techno-commercial proposals, including detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) and price estimates.

Systematic Follow-Up:

Maintain a strict, systematic follow-up schedule via call, email, or WhatsApp to drive time-bound closure.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including architects, contractors, and industrial owners.

Target Achievement:

Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales revenue targets.

Data Accuracy:

Maintain accurate records of all leads, client interactions, and sales in the company's CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

1-3 years in telesales, B2B sales, or inside sales, preferably within the construction, engineering, or PEB sector.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English, plus local language).

Technical Understanding:

Basic knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings, steel structures, or industrial construction material.

Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office (specifically Excel for, preparing, calculations).

Sales Acumen:

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Education:

Any graduation (Bachelor's degree preferred).
