The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the company's products/services over the phone and generating sales. The candidate will identify potential customers, engage with them, and provide professional solutions to their queries. Strong communication skills and a target-driven approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote company products/services through outbound and inbound calls.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Inform customers about product updates and ongoing promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate
Proven experience in tele-sales or customer service is preferred
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
Target-oriented with strong negotiation abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
