Key Responsibilities of Telesales Executive:

Lead Generation & Market Research:

Identify and curate B2B datasets for Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firms to expand the sales pipeline.

Strategic Outreach:

Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for Growatt Inverters via telephonic outreach, WhatsApp Business, and professional email correspondence.

Lead Management:

Qualify prospective leads and maintain a robust follow-up system to drive conversions and secure firm orders.

Technical Advisory:

Provide comprehensive technical specifications to clients and resolve complex inquiries to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

Sales Lifecycle Coordination:

Act as the primary liaison between clients and the sales coordination team to manage the documentation process, including Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and Proforma Invoices (PI).

Relationship Management:

Deliver high-quality after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
