Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers for Gold Loans and other products
Convert leads into sales by explaining loan features, interest rates, and benefits
Follow up with customers to ensure continuous engagement and relationship building
Support field sales and marketing activities by calling leads from catchment areas
Provide after-sales service and collect customer references for repeat business
Follow up on interest and EMI collections to control overdue accounts and NPAs
Maintain accurate call records and customer details
Job Summary:
