Job Responsibilities
Sales Executive
Handle patient inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Counsel patients regarding hair transplant procedures and treatment packages
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Maintain patient records and achieve monthly sales targets
Marketing Executive
Promote clinic services through online and offline marketing channels
Manage social media leads, campaigns, and promotions
Coordinate with doctors and the sales team
Plan and execute local promotions, referrals, and branding activities
Requirements
Strong communication and convincing skills
Experience in healthcare, cosmetic, or hair transplant industry preferred
Prior sales or marketing experience is an advantage
Target-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
Immediate joining preferred
