Job Summary

Ganesh Green Bharat Limited is seeking enthusiastic and target-driven

Telesales Executives

to promote and sell solar rooftop systems and solar energy solutions over the phone. The role requires engaging with potential customers, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote solar rooftop systems and services Handle inbound calls and follow up on company-generated leads Explain product features, pricing, installation process, and applicable government subsidies Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions Schedule site visits or appointments for the sales/technical team Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Follow up with customers for documentation, payments, and order confirmation Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly
Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Customer-focused mindset Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred) Experience in telesales or telemarketing is an advantage Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Experience

0-3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales Experience in solar, renewable energy, real estate, or insurance sales is a plus
Working Hours & Weekly Off

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off:

Sunday
