Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

Follow up on prospects, update CRM systems, and transfer qualified leads to relevant departments.

Information Delivery:

Clearly explain product/service details and benefits.

Data & Records:

Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions and customer information.

Target Achievement:

Work to meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales/call goals.

Cross-Channel Communication:

May involve live chat, email, or social media interaction.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Communication:

Excellent verbal skills, clarity, and professional phone etiquette.

Persuasion:

Ability to influence and convince customers.

Customer Focus:
