Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote bed sheets and other textile products.
Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly and professionally.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products accordingly.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order follow-ups.
Prepare and share daily call reports with management.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills in
Hindi and Gujarati
