Roles & Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote bed sheets and other textile products.

Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly and professionally.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products accordingly.

Maintain and update the customer database regularly.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order follow-ups.

Prepare and share daily call reports with management.

Required Skills & Competencies



Good communication skills in

Hindi and Gujarati

, and

fluency in English

.

Strong convincing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / CRM preferred).

Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle customer objections.

Prior telesales/telecalling experience in

textiles or home decor products

is an added advantage.

Number of Outbound Calls per Day


Target: 60-100 calls per day (as per company requirement)

Call Connection/Reach Rate


Percentage of calls successfully connected to customers.

2. Sales Conversion Metrics



Lead Conversion Rate


Percentage of connected calls converted into orders.

Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Target Achievement


Sales value or number of orders generated against target.

Repeat Order Generation


Number of returning customers and repeat sales secured.

3. Customer Interaction Quality



Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)


Based on customer feedback after call/order.

Complaint Resolution Rate


How many customer issues are resolved on time.

4. Database & Reporting Accuracy



CRM / Database Updating Accuracy


Timely and accurate entry of customer details, follow-ups, and order updates.

Daily Reporting Compliance


Submission of daily call reports and follow-up updates without delay.

5. Follow-Up Discipline



Follow-Up Conversion Rate


Number of follow-up calls resulting in orders.

Timeliness of Follow-Ups


Completing scheduled follow-ups on time as per plan.

Understanding of Product Range


Ability to explain features, fabric type, pricing, and benefits clearly.

Ability to share correct and updated information about offers.

Coordination Accuracy with Sales & Dispatch Team
