Job Overview



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales & Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for potential and existing customers, responsible for promoting our products, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment, specifically leveraging digital B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Outbound Calling:

Proactively contact potential customers (cold calling) and existing clients to inform them about company products and services.

India MART Client Sourcing:

Actively monitor and manage the company's presence on the India MART platform. Utilize the "Buy Leads" feature to identify, qualify, and immediately follow up on new business inquiries and buyer requirements.

Sales & Target Achievement:

Use persuasive sales techniques to explain product features, negotiate, handle objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

Lead Management:

Generate and qualify new sales leads, maintaining a robust pipeline for the field sales team if necessary.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Accurately record all customer interactions, information, and sales activity in the company's CRM system or database, including leads sourced from India MART.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries, grievances, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

High school diploma/12th pass required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

Proven experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.

Prior experience working with B2B platforms like India MART or Trade India is a significant advantage.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and local languages, with a professional and engaging phone manner.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

Work Style:

Ability to work under pressure, handle rejection positively, and be a results-driven team player.

Technical:

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and online B2B portals (India MART dashboard navigation).
