We are hiring a

Tele Sales Executive (Female)

for our Ahmedabad office. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, appointment fixing, and coordination with field sales and channel partners. This is a target-driven role suitable for candidates who are confident communicators and experienced in telesales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and cold call potential customers in Ahmedabad and assigned regions Generate and collect leads from online platforms, agencies, existing customers, ASM, and other sources Use company-provided sales scripts to pitch services and handle objections Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for field sales teams and agencies Collect customer feedback and references from customers and channel partners Achieve daily and monthly calling targets (call volume and conversions) Ensure channel partners remain active and contribute to business growth Achieve business targets as per defined KRA-KPI Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to achieve objectives Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Required Skills

Proven experience in

Tele Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales

Excellent communication skills in

Gujarati, Hindi & basic English

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Target-driven and performance-focused mindset Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools preferred

Eligibility
