Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat interactions in a professional and timely manner.
Engage with potential and existing customers to promote, explain, and upsell company products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying root causes and offering effective solutions.
Maintain and update customer records in the company database or CRM system.
Manage leads efficiently and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to close sales and build long-term relationships.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and completing follow-ups within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team-focused.
