Explain project details clearly (location, pricing, amenities, payment plans)
Handle customer queries professionally and build interest in projects
Maintain polite, confident, and persuasive communication at all times
3. Lead Qualification & Follow-up
Identify genuine prospects and assess customer requirements
Regular follow-up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email
Update lead status accurately after every interaction
4. Site Visit Coordination
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Confirm customer availability and reminders before site visits
Track site visit outcomes and feedback
5. CRM & Data Management
Update CRM with call details, lead status, and follow-up dates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Ensure zero data leakage and confidentiality
6. Target Achievement
Achieve monthly targets for leads, site visits, and conversions
Support sales closure through consistent follow-ups
Contribute to overall team sales targets
7. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily and weekly call and lead reports
Share feedback on customer responses and market trends
Maintain discipline in reporting timelines
8. Compliance & Professional Conduct
Follow company policies, scripts, and calling guidelines
Maintain attendance, punctuality, and call quality standards
Coordinate smoothly with sales, CRM, and marketing teams
