Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Explain product/service details clearly and effectively.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain a database of customer information and update call records regularly.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to close sales.
Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or local languages.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good listening and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Salary
?10,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives
