We are expanding our telesales team to convert inbound leads, give product demos, and help business owners choose the right plan.
Role Overview - What You Will Do
As a Telesales Executive, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers. Your responsibilities include:
Lead Handling & Sales
Call incoming leads generated from ads, website, and referrals.
Understand customer needs (business type, billing requirements).
Explain Bill Saathi's features, plans, and benefits in simple language.
Provide quick demos on call or WhatsApp.
Follow up with warm leads to convert them into paid customers.
Maintain high conversion rate with structured follow-ups.
Customer Communication
Build trust and rapport with small business owners.
Share videos, brochures, and demo links through WhatsApp.
Guide customers on app installation and onboarding if needed.
Reporting & CRM
Update lead status in CRM/Google Sheet.
Report daily call count, demo count & conversions.
Provide feedback on customer objections and feature requests.
Who Can Apply? (Skills & Requirements)
We are looking for someone who is:
? Communication Skills
Good communication in
Hindi, Gujarati
, and basic English.
Ability to explain technology to non-technical users.
? Sales Skills
Confident on calls.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
? Additional Requirements
Basic smartphone & computer knowledge.
Experience in telesales is preferred but
freshers can also apply
.
Tech/SaaS sales experience is a plus.
