We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented

Tele Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships over calls.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Understand customer needs and provide relevant product information. Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM system. Follow up with prospective clients and close sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:



Proven experience in tele-sales or customer handling. Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (regional languages preferred). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections confidently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
