Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to promote and upsell products/services.
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate product and service information.
Resolve customer issues by identifying concerns and providing effective solutions.
Maintain and update customer information in the company database/CRM.
Achieve sales targets through effective lead management and sales strategies.
Follow up with leads and customers to close sales and build long-term relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address follow-up requirements promptly.
