Responsibilities



Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats to promote and upsell products/services Provide accurate product and service information to customers Identify customer concerns and resolve issues effectively Maintain and update customer details in CRM/database Achieve sales targets through effective lead management Follow up with leads to close sales and build long-term relationships Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
