We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic female candidates to join our night shift telesales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Make Outbound Calls:
Initiate calls to potential customers using a prepared script to introduce products/services.
Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant information.
Sales Conversion:
Persuade customers to purchase products/services, handle objections, and close sales.
Maintain Records:
Accurately record customer interactions and sales details in the CRM system.
Follow-up:
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Feedback:
Provide feedback to the team leader/manager on customer responses and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Sales Ability:
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Work Ethic:
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and telecommunication systems.
Availability:
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends if required.
Experience:
Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
