Job Description

Telesales Executive - Key Result Areas (KRA)



Daily Calling Targets

Minimum number of customer calls per day (as per company target). Maintain active calling from allocated inquiry list.

Product Information Sharing

Explain car details, pricing, features, loan & documentation process. Provide correct and complete information to customers.

Lead Management

Update ERP with every follow-up. Maintain accurate inquiry status (Interested / Follow-up / Not Interested / Lost). No pending follow-ups.

Appointment / Walk-in Generation

Convert inquiries into showroom visits. Share daily walk-in confirmation with the sales team.

Coordinating With Sales Team

Pass hot/warm leads to the respective sales executive. Follow up on show progress and support for closing.

Customer Handling & Communication Quality

Maintain polite, professional communication. Ensure call quality standards as per company guidelines.

Reporting

Share daily calling report with supervisor. Inform challenges, customer feedback, and improvement suggestions.

Compliance

Follow company processes, reallocation rules, and telecalling scripts. Maintain workplace discipline and punctuality.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
