Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to businesses to generate leads and schedule meetings
Explain products/services clearly and confidently to decision-makers
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into qualified opportunities
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Share regular reports with sales manager on lead status and progress
Maintain professional communication and build long-term client relationships
Skills & Requirements
Any Graduate (Sales/Marketing background preferred)
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and work under target-driven environment
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools (preferred)
Fluent in Hindi & English (regional language is an advantage)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
