Senior Telesales - International Sales (Night Shift)

Shift Timing:

8 PM - 5 AM (Monday to Friday) Company Presence: Surat, Mumbai, Delhi, New York

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets (primarily US, Europe, Middle East).
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and retail partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to formulate sales strategies.
Manage client communications via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and product portfolios.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of customized Diamond/jewellery orders.
Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and performance dashboard
