Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Communicate confidently in English,Hindi & Gujarati and explain company products/services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Send proposals, quotations, and follow-up messages to clients.
Create awareness about the company, exhibitions, and services.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a positive relationship with clients and ensure excellent service.
