About the Role

NH Enterprise is looking for

Telecallers

for

outbound calling

work.
You will call

loan seekers / clients

who are interested in

secured and unsecured loans

(personal loan, business loan, LAP, etc.) and explain them the details.

Job Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to loan seekers / clients from the given data. Explain

secured and unsecured loan products

of different banks/NBFCs. Collect basic details from customers (income, requirement, documents, etc.). Generate

leads

and pass to the sales/processing team. Do regular

follow-ups

with interested clients. Update call status and customer details in Excel/CRM. Maintain a polite and professional communication on calls. Work to achieve

daily and monthly calling/lead targets

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Minimum 10+ 12 / Graduate.

Experience:

Freshers can apply. Experience in

loan process / DSA / telecalling / BPO

will be an advantage. Good communication skills in

Gujarati / Hindi

. Basic computer knowledge (calling software, WhatsApp, Excel, etc.). Should be

target-oriented, confident and hardworking

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Timing:

10:00AM to 7:00 PM

Salary:

Fixed salary +
