Responsibilities:
Make inbound and outbound calls to
B2B clients
Handle and follow up on
social media leads
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Convert inquiries into qualified leads and close sales
Present product/service information clearly and professionally
Maintain CRM records, daily call logs, and reports
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Skills Required:
Strong communication & persuasive selling skills
Experience in
B2B telesales
and lead conversion
Ability to manage and respond to social media inquiries
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email)
