Key Responsibilities:
Call potential leads and explain company programs, offers, or services clearly.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales, follow-ups, and inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM or Excel sheets.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or suggestions.
Follow up regularly with interested leads to close sales.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic team for smooth communication.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication (in Hindi & basic English)
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
Strong listening and follow-up skills
Ability to handle rejections calmly and maintain positive energy
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
Experience in TeleSales or Customer Support is an added advantage
Fresher with good communication skills can also apply
