Job Description

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers. Maintain follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversion. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM or Excel. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective telesales strategies. Collect customer feedback and report to management for product/service improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or similar sales role. Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus). Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to meet targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel / CRM software). Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:



Minimum: Graduate in any field. Preferred: Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (1-3 years).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
