Key Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of
60 connected calls per day
to prospective clients.
Generate interest and qualify leads through effective communication.
Schedule at least 3 client meetings daily
for the business development team.
Maintain and update the call log and lead tracking sheet accurately.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients.
Work closely with the sales and admin teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and meeting targets.
Requirements:
Graduate (any discipline) with 1-3 years of telesales or telemarketing experience.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude and good follow-up ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).
