KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales. Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products/services to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in CRM systems. Follow up on leads and maintain active engagement with potential customers. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally. Work collaboratively with the marketing and field sales teams to maximize conversions. Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers. Gather market and customer information and provide feedback to management.
