We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Telesales Executive
with
6 months to 1 year of experience
in sales or customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products/services over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products or services.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide detailed product information.
Follow up with leads to close sales opportunities.
Prepare and share daily call reports with the team leader or manager.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months to 1 year of telesales experience
(preferably in a similar industry).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, or local language preferred.
Salary:
?15,000 - ?20,000 (Depending on experience and performance)
