Job Summary:



We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven

Tele Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to convert leads into customers and onboard clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products/services. Explain product features and benefits clearly to generate interest. Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information promptly. Negotiate with clients and close sales to achieve monthly targets. Maintain client records and follow up for repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:



Minimum

6 months of experience

in tele sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

(English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred). Strong

negotiation and persuasion abilities

. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
