Job Description

We are seeking a

Telesales Executive

to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and promote medical equipment to prospective clients. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a sales-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients (hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers). Promote and explain company's medical equipment and services. Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain a database of leads and update CRM/records. Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Coordinate with field sales team for client meetings and closures.
Requirements

Experience:

1-2 years in telesales/telecalling (healthcare/medical sales preferred).

Education:

Graduate in any discipline.

Skills:

Strong communication and persuasion skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Compensation

Salary:

Up to ₹25,000 per month
