Outbound Calling:

Contacting potential or existing customers to sell products or services.

Inbound Calls:

Responding to calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns.

Lead Generation:

Identifying new prospects and developing a list of potential clients.

Sales Pitch:

Presenting product or service information in a clear and persuasive manner.

Follow-up:

Ensuring that leads are followed up in a timely manner, maintaining relationships with potential clients.

Closing Sales:

Negotiating and closing deals by finalizing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate customer records and documenting interactions.
