We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for initiating calls to potential clients, providing information about our products/services, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's products/services.
Respond to inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and customer feedback in the database.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities by understanding customer needs.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely follow-through.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve overall company objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi]
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related fields is a plus.
Prior experience in [industry-specific requirement, e.g., healthcare, sales, etc.] is preferred.
