What You'll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls to leads, prospects, or existing customers
Engaging customers in friendly, professional conversations about our offerings
Understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the right solution
Following up on leads and keeping detailed notes in our CRM system
Meeting (and aiming to exceed!) daily or weekly sales targets
Working closely with the wider sales team and supporting campaigns
Handling questions, objections, and feedback in a positive, helpful way
What We're Looking For:
Someone who's confident, clear, and comfortable talking on the phone
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
Goal-oriented and self-motivated - you enjoy hitting targets
Good listening skills and the ability to think on your feet
Previous experience in telesales, call centres, or customer service is a bonus, but not essential
Nice to Have (But Not a Dealbreaker):
Experience using a CRM or sales tools
Background in FMCG industry is a plus (we'll train you either way)
Multilingual That's always a benefit!
