Sales Executive - Travel Agency



Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at RAMANAND TOURS, a leading travel agency. The Sales Executive will be responsible for sales, building strong customer relationships, and gate booking of clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude in identifying and seizing sales opportunities. And

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences. Provide tailored travel solutions, including packages, flights, accommodation, and other services. Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to clients through phone, email, or in-person consultations. Assist clients with booking and planning their trips, ensuring all details are accurate and meet their expectations. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. Stay informed on the latest travel trends, industry updates, and promotions to offer clients the most competitive options.

Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns and improve sales strategies. Handle all administrative duties related to bookings, contracts, and payments.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate client needs. In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, airline and railway policies, and industry trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping clients create memorable experiences.
