Job Description

Nuno Clothing is looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to boutique owners, resellers, and wholesalers to introduce our latest lehenga and saree collections, generate leads, and convert inquiries into B2B sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential leads from our database or social media inquiries. Clearly communicate product details, pricing, and offers. Follow up with interested buyers and maintain regular communication. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products. Coordinate with the sales team to close deals. Maintain records of calls, feedback, and conversions in CRM. Handle incoming queries via WhatsApp or calls professionally.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English. Good persuasion and negotiation skills. Prior experience in telecalling or customer support preferred. Knowledge of ethnic wear industry is a plus. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,123.09 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
