Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products from our chemical/pharmaceutical portfolio. Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversion in the CRM system. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Handle inbound queries from existing and prospective customers professionally. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call benchmarks. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
