About the Role:



We are seeking a driven and experienced

Tele Sales Expert

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling technical products over phone calls, understanding customer needs, building trust, and closing deals efficiently. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base for our innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads. Present and explain technical products clearly and convincingly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Identify customer pain points, provide tailored solutions, and demonstrate product value. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, lead conversion rates, and revenue goals. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams to stay updated on product features, pricing, and market trends. Handle customer objections and provide expert-level product knowledge to close deals. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending proposals to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements:



Minimum

2 years of experience

in telesales or inside sales of

technical products

(B2B or B2C). Strong communication and persuasion skills in

English

(additional regional languages are a plus). Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Technical or business-related education is preferred but not mandatory if backed by relevant sales experience.

Preferred:



Prior experience in selling technical solutions such as electronics, software, IoT, or energy products. Experience working with startups or fast-growing technology companies. Ability to understand basic technical specifications and customer use cases.
